The W.K. Kellogg Foundation focuses on lifting up voices within many distinct and diverse communities. Highlighting the value of collective wisdom, leadership and action, this workshop will expand the narrative around equity, diversity and inclusion in leadership development to racial equity. Participants will walk away from this session with tools to engage in leadership development as a transformational practice through a racial equity and racial healing lens.
